Year One

YearOne is a developer community focused on bridging the gap between non-traditional early-career engineers, especially from underrepresented groups, and previously out-of-reach careers in tech. We are creating the building blocks for a more inclusive tech industry by working with companies throughout the industry to provide a roadmap for these early-career engineers and the teams that support them.

We aim to provide the roadmap to success for non-traditional engineers to land the best jobs in tech by providing them with opportunities, resources, and the network to succeed. We partner with companies looking to increase entry-level talent on their teams and support them through shared knowledge and experience—especially those looking to increase diversity in the space through hiring practices and internal programs.
